How much does Testosterone Shots Cost?
You can check the prices here. This is excluding initial blood work. That includes a 10mL vial of testosterone Cypionate and a 10,000 unit vial of Pregnyl (HCG). Syringes, needles, and alcohol wipes are provided with medications. Follow up blood work included.
What if I need to cancel?
Patients can cancel before their prescription is shipped from the pharmacy. Email info@trt.club or call 323-283-9219 to cancel. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. No refunds and no returns on prescription medications.
What do we treat?
Low Testosterone, Testicular Hypofunction, Delayed Puberty, Postprocedural Testicular Hypofunction, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, hypothyroidism, low B12 and Vitamin D, and low sperm count.
What about side effects?
Testosterone Cypionate side effects: acne, hirsutism, nausea, edema, anxiety, depression, headache, ALT or AST elevated, seborrhea, alopecia, libido changes, paresthesia, dyslipidemia, gynecomastia, weight gain, sleep apnea, and enlarged prostate.
Pregnyl (HCG) side effects: headache, irritability, restlessness, depression, fatigue, edema, gynecomastia, abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhea.
Qualifications for low Testosterone treatment?
Men age 18 or older. At least three symptoms of low Testosterone (decreased sex drive, erectile dysfunction, reduced muscle mass, increased body fat, loss of bone density, decreased hair growth on the face and body, fatigue, depression, anxiety, lack of concentration, poor memory, depleted energy feeling, and poor quality of sleep). Blood work shows a decrease in one of the following: free testosterone, total testosterone, LH, and FSH.

What is Pregnyl or HCG?
Pregnyl is the brand name of the HCG drug. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) stimulates ovarian progesterone production and testicular androgen production. Pregnyl (HCG) can increase FSH and LH levels. Pregnyl is used to keep natural testosterone production and sperm load which is a side effect while on Testosterone Cypionate. Pregnyl is an injection into the muscle.
How Long for Blood Work Results?
Results take 48 to 72 hours to result. Blood work will be emailed to the patient with results interpreted by the medical practitioner.
What Type Of Testosterone Do You Offer?
Testosterone Cypionate. Only injectable Testosterone is effective. Creams and tablets ARE NOT effective.
How Long Does It Take HRT To Work?
Subjectively less than two weeks. Objectively 2-3 months.

How much is Blood Work?
$200 for initial blood work. Most insurance covers blood work with Quest Diagnostics. Follow-up blood work is included with the Testosterone Program. Blood work is done initially, then at two months, then every six months.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Insurance can be used for blood work with Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics. We do NOT accept insurance for any other treatments or medications.
How will I know what to do with my medications?
When you come in for your initial consultation, a highly trained specialist will show you exactly what to do with your Testosterone. By the time you leave this appointment, you will know everything you need to know to administer this treatment yourself in just a few minutes each week.
Do the shots hurt?
Yes, Intramuscular injections hurt initially. The injections do get easier to administer and less pain after each shot. Testosterone and HCG are required intramuscular injections using 25ga or 23g needle. We do not offer alternative medication administration routes other than muscle injections.
Do I have to go pick up my medication at the pharmacy each month?
No. Strive Pharmacy directly ships medications to your home in discreet packaging via FedEx or UPS.
My current Dr. has me on testosterone; can I utilize your program as well?
Yes. We can take over Testosterone treatment from other medical providers. Our doctor and nurse practitioner can prescribe Testosterone and blood work.
How often do I have to visit the office?
All appointments are done online via video calls. Blood work orders are sent to Quest Diagnostics. The pharmacy ships medications directly to patients’ homes. We have clinics in West Hollywood, Roland Heights, and Rancho Cucamonga, California for patients seeking other medical treatments such as aesthetics, penile injections, weight loss, and hair restoration.
How is your plan different from other plans?
The primary difference is that you will not be required to make weekly visits to the office. Instead, your medication will be shipped to your home or office. Another important part of our plan is that you are always supervised by medical professionals who are specialists in the area of hormone replacement.
What do I do if I stop feeling the benefits or begin feeling side effects?
You can call us anytime you have a question or concern regarding your therapy. If you are feeling side effects in between your scheduled blood work, we will happily test your blood at no charge to ensure any necessary changes can be made. Remember, part of what you are paying for with this program is our medical supervision.
What Blood Work is Required?
CMP, CBC, Thyroid with TSH, FSH, LH, Free and Total Testosterone, PSA. Estradiol is recommended, but not required. Thyroid is recommended, but not required.
Can I use the blood work from my doctor instead of yours?
Yes. The blood work we require is: CMP, CBC, Thyroid with TSH, FSH, LH, Free and Total Testosterone, and PSA. If your doctor orders these labs and are recent then we will accept.
Is Pregnyl (HCG) required?
Yes. Taking Pregnyl (HCG) keeps your testicles active and increases natural testosterone production and increasing sperm load while on Testosterone Cypionate. Injecting Testosterone Cypionate can cause your body to naturally decrease testosterone production to due high levels of serum testosterone from injecting Testosterone Cypionate.
